I think that a print can be a wonderful present. Over the last couple of years I have been building up my collection of art and often put different prints on my wish lists for Christmas and Birthdays. A lot of my collection is around my desk which I spend so much time at and it brings me such joy and inspiration.
BTW this post is a little longer than normal but I just couldn't make it any shorter, I love them all.
I love the the blue gumboots in this print and the placement of the feet is just so cute.
I fell in love with this print as soon as I saw it, I love the deep blue of the dress and the porcelain skin.
The woven texture of the hair and little bird are so beautiful.
I love the combination of the Pink with the green of this print. It's just so pretty.
I love the light colours and the hand drawn lines of this bird.
What a great idea this print is and I love the retro look.
Dion has already requested this print for Christmas (It's the closest that he will come to camping with me, lol).
This print just makes me smile. How cute.
If you are thinking of buying someone a print for Christmas but are worried about finding the right frame, I use
the Frame Shop you can have custom frames made online. I have nothing to do with the Frame Shop I have just used them a number of times and have always found their service fantastic, postage not expensive and always fast.
And a tip that I learnt a while back, you can have lots of different types of art but if you frame them in the same colour frame (it does not need to be the same size or frame style) they will all tie together. When framing my artwork I chose to frame them in white frames. It also means that I can move it around from room to room and it always works well with what is already there.
